Alex’s Cleaning Service values your home
and appreciates your business. Please read the following
Policies and Terms; they exist for the protection of our
clients and guarantee the safety of our company.
Alex’s Cleaning Service is a professional
house cleaning service that is fully insured
up to $1,000,000 in general liability insurance
(Nationwide Insurance Company). This policy assures that
your property is safeguarded by our insurance while we
do work in your home. It is for your protection.
All cleaning
supplies and equipment are furnished by Alex’s
Cleaning Service.
Our regular working hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 7:00
P.M. Mondays through Saturdays. Appointments may be
scheduled in addition to regular hours for: one time
thorough cleanings, move-in/out cleanings, holiday and
party assistance.
Payment for Services
Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of
service.
Alex’s Cleaning Service gladly accepts payment in the
following forms:
Cash
Personal Check (Please make checks payable to
Alex’s Cleaning Service)
Credit Cards (credit
card payments are processed)
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled
cleaning service, we require at least 24 hours notice.
Your reservation is a confirmation; we hold that time
slot open for you and have turned away other potential
customers in order to ensure your appointment.
Cancellation Policy :
Client will be charged $25 fee for any cancellation
without 24 hours notice. $35 destination charge.
(100% of cleaning fee during peak holiday season)
Refunds
we want you to be 100% satisfied, which is why we offer
a
24
hour guarantee.
Cleaning is a very personalized and subjective
service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However,
If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for
any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of your
cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area/areas
you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.
Privacy Policy
We do not share the information gathered through this
web site or any personal information with any other 3rd
party.
By using our services,
